So my tuner is JJ.
Mod List:
6lb Lower
SCT BA2600 MAF
K&N CAI
Pacesetter Longtube Headers
Dual Flowmaster 40series with stock cats
2.9 L upper
Punisher Street VB & 4x4 Pan
TR6 NGK Plugs-Gaped at .035
EGR Delete
JLT Oil Seperator
Turkey Pan Plugged

We have gone back and forth for a week adjusting the tune. But he said the computer is adding fuel. Checked all my vacuum lines but everything is plugged in and in good condition. He may not reply with a updated tune today since it's Saturday. And I'm inpatient so I hope you guys can help fix this issue. Thanks

You need to smoke test the entire intake system to see if there are any leaks. Just looking at the hoses and saying everything is connected is not good enough, the smoke test will show you your vacuum leak. No tune change that I made changed the fact that the computer is adding fuel so your 02 sensors are either biased/stuck lean for some reason or are lean because of a vacuum leak. It can sometimes take determination and time but more then likely you will find the cause.

Sometimes it helps to email me some pictures of what your intake/engine area looks like. I might see something that stands out as a possible cause.
