Pulley hub removal ?

Can someone tell me how to remove a quick change upper pulley hub? The one on my truck now has 2 of the 4 screw holes jacked up, so only 2 screws holding on pulley. I have a new hub to replace it with but not sure how to remove it. Do I just leave the pulley attached and remove it as one unit? Because once the pulley is off the hub the removal tool can't reach the hub (too small diameter). Any help would be appreciated...

Tim, you need a hub removal backing plate like the one shown in the link below. It's the only way to get the hub off if you have a quick chage upper.
You also need the puller (same brand / manufacturer) that is designed to work with the backing plate. ASP (which is what SFP sells) or Billetflow are sources. I like the Billet flow setup the best as it is all steel,... usless ASP has changed their design / materials. The ASP setup used an aluminum backing plate that had a tendancy to bend.I've owned them all over the years. The ASP design maybe corrected now, but just my expierence from 4-5 years ago. I'd loan you mine, but sold it a while back.
