P0122 Code + Transmission Problem! HELP!

Ok, so long story short. The other day I went to drive the L, and when I got in and started it the CEL came on. I let it warm up real good(10 mins), and then took it for a drive. While driving, I noticed the transmission was acting funny.
Shifting real hard from 1st to 2nd, and not wanting to come out of 3rd into 4th.

I limped it back home, and put the OBDII scanner on it. Pulled P0122 code.

Any ideas?

*** I solved this code by adjusting my throttle position sensor (TPS) to .99v. ***

P0122 Code - Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Low Input

What does that mean?

A P0122 code means that the the car's computer has detected that the TPS (throttle position sensor) is reporting too low a voltage. On some vehicles that lower limit is 0.17 - 0.20 volts (V).

Did you adjust it when you installed it? If the signal value is less than .17V then the PCM sets this code. Could be an open or a short to ground in the signal circuit. Or you may have lost the 5Volt reference voltage.

Symptoms may include: ***8226;Rough or low idle
***8226;Stalling
***8226;Surging
***8226;No/little acceleration
***8226;other symptoms may also be present
