Clunk washers have been done and stops greased. Still makes a clunk. Lightninmikes heard it. Something must be binding up. I can feel it a little too its on the drivers side.:smt102 p.s.Truck has full Hotchkis suspension.

just an fyi, I had the same problem after lowering my L so I tightened the control arm bolts to 150ftlbs and it never came back. It's worth a shot and doesn't cost you anuthing It's been like 8 months since
hey man going through the same problems right now... going to install clunk washers this weekend and see if i can find anything else loose, if i find the problem ill let you know... its deff pissing me off!
had a customer at work. he had a Harley ford with drop spindles, he installed his own ball joints. he had aloud poping while turning .the lower control arm was worn,the ball joint would pivot while turning and pop .to ck this , the suspension must be fully loaded, best way to check this is on drive on lift or alignment lift .
