Oil loss or Oil burning

i have noticed my truck has been losing oil, recently it got worse i have only driven 75 miles and id say half a quart of oil is missing i did an oil change on september 4th and now its the 11th with only 75 miles driven half a quart is gone only 56k miles could it be the faulty pcv hose?

You could check for a faulty PCV valve. You'd notice a leak that big.

At idle pull the oil full cap. How much air coming out?

i haven’t addressed the faulty pcv but i do see some oil where the supercharger connects to the motor, and i’ll try to address the cap test when i get home from school

probably leaking valve cover gasket.
