If they both have a 6.5 FT bed I'd think they'd both work. Unless @Dusten can prove me wrong again

The 02-03 Harley trucks are not flaresides. The lightning is.

Well the inside of the bed wouldn't have different dimensions than a non flareside right?

Yes. The flare side is narrower. And it's not the same width front to back

Look man, I've been around these trucks since I bought one in 2005. I know what fits.
