I am thinking I am going to put my truck up for the winter. What do you guys do for insurance during the winter? Do you have collector car insurance during the summer? What advice would ya'll give me?

Yeah, I have NJM for insurance.... But since I got the truck it's listed as 'a toy' that isn't driven much. They're gonna catch on to that one since I drive the friggin thing everyday... So I have to change it. I just never got around to doing that.

I bet I know what you did

I got no garage  so I can't tuck mine away
I WILL NOT touch it in sand salt and snow anymore,
(or use it for to+fro work) but I still try and drive it every week
or three "on the nice dry cold winter days" (CAN YOU SAY HOLY BOOST)
to keep everything working a just fine.

I'm paying @ 1K a yr, but then again, I didn't @#@$ the Insurance guy
(Gal in my case)

I don't have anywhere to hide my L in the winter either... Mine is my daily driver unfortunately.
damn, and I pay $1900 a yr when I don't drive it during the winter and only on weekends when its nice.
But on the other hand, my insurance company "thinks" its a 380hp truck [smilie=laugh.gif]
We here in texas stay at home in the snow and Ice.

I don't have to store my Truck during the winter since I live in texas. It does get cold but never snow or ice but maybee for three days a year if we are lucky. And If that is the case we just don't go to work.

If that was the case here, I would only be working 7/8 months a year [smilie=laugh.gif]
But hey, thats NOT a bad idea.........LOL
