Pulled my axles to change the lug pattern. Found some fun, yay...

Now, what to do? Looks like a truetrac, gears, and axles.

Well, that's never good! Looks like you're going to be cutting snowmobile season short this winter to makes modifications...or have a longer one waiting for parts?! Haha

First things first. I've got to get my big brake kit installed. My front hubs and trackhawk rotors are at the machine shop right now. Then it's time to design some brackets and get some wheels in the correct pattern.

I go on 3-4 snowmobile trips a season, only a 5-6hr drive from home.

Wrench during the day for $, wrench at night for myself. Play on the weekends. That's the plan anyway

Definitely some noticeable surface difference between the two!

Inner rotor is just barely rubbing the dust shield. Just whipped up an 1/8" spacer for my hub bearing. Sent it off to waterjet.

Worked on my sill plates. I think they turned out pretty good. Still have to clear coat them.

Put the battery charger on it.
I need to drive it more. I've just been too preoccupied with work.

Are these something you're going to offer up for sale to us jealous Lightning owners? ;-)

Those are way too nice to be one-offs.
