Any tuners around the KC MO area or some shop that can tune a Lightning?

I do have a SCT hand held thingy but I've never used it before.

The problem I have is the 80# injectors want to pop when stepping on the gas. Seems to be a problem with 80# injectors but not everyone has this problem.
