1) the 2.3 and 2.9 are different midplates
That's all a heat exchanger is for. Post run cool down and the ability to hot lap.Now how much more a 12 row will be over the 11 row is to see as I have everything 1inch and running a cwa 400 pump with a pwm control, but never ran a trick intercooler. I recently just swapped out my heat exchanger for a frozen boost 3inch one and saw 20 degrees drop from stock one driving in hot weather. But in wide open not much change other quicker cooling after letting off.
The lfp unit is basically a stock replacement. So even the 11 row will net results.Anyone running one of these frozen boost units have one on a truck that has some dyno numbers? I have an lfp unit currently but this looks nicer. Don't know if it would be worth switching out although for the price it's tempting.
