I'm thinking of switching to a turbo,(maybe 76 or 80mm) what kind of power can be made with the stock heads and cams? I do have a built shortblock.

Do turbos work better with the stock heads and cams then my whipple 2.3 does? I'm running about 16lbs. and it makes a little under 500hp. But everyone says that I cant really get much more without heads. But the turbo can?

It will make more power; have you upgraded your valve springs? If not its going to be a must to make decent power.

Yes I have upgraded springs, But how heavy of a spring should I have? I believe that these were 1 step above stock.

Anyone have any hp numbers using stock heads and cams on pump gas? Just trying to get a rough idea of what kind of increase I will get.
