I just blew spark plug #7 no check engine light. So I did the cal van insert replacement. I remove the intake to do the job. Everything went well I don’t think I could have done that cylinder good without taking the whole intake setup off. Went to start up truck , started right up and throttle up and runs good . Took it for test drive and at half to full throttle it is sputtering. No check engine light. Check all vacuum line and are good and right. The truck is completely stock . What do you think??

what is the plug gap? COP on all the way?

Did you reuse the cop? Often times they are damaged. Did you verify coil wiring?

I did reuse the cop but put it in the 1 cylinder to check but originally put new one in first. Cause easier to switch out. And 7 got #1 but didn’t check gap.

Gap is good and put new coil in . Still not running good at wot

Basic steps for a misfire at wot

Verify condition of plugs
Verify all coils are properly seated and connected
Verify fuel pressure and verify hi/lo relay is switching
Verify no vacuum leaks

I suggest going back over all your work since this issue didn't occur prior to the work you did

I'm going to suggest you work backwards with everything you touched to do the insert. I bet you missed something. Good luck!
