I have 4 inches of snow on the ground but the sun was shinning and everything was melting rapidly. I decided to give the truck a good washing and my hose wasn't frozen so I got busy.

While standing on the bedside step washing the roof I noticed how those channels in the roof go straight forward into the windshield gasket. I nice big hole but I can't see where it comes out.
Can anyone tell me? I just want to make sure it doesn't get plugged up and then the water will freeze and do damage.  Or even worse a few years from now start to see the paint bubble up from the inside. I can lift the rubber and see that it might even just run down the windsheild on the sides. Tell me it is somthing better than a water trap.
