managed a best of 1.62 on my first outting on my current power level. video in sig. I know i have a 1.5 in it. I dont want to go back until i throw qa1's and jdm drag springs in.
Thanks man. I have actually seen some 1.55 on 305-45-18 m/t dragradials with my old kb 2.3 setup. Gonna try out 295-60-15 on some racestars and the whipple 2.3 to see what happens. The m/t et streets (28x12.5x16 on a/r bajas) just wouldnt work with the whipple and my buddy ruined the dragradials on his truck.

Thanks guys. I actually have a new set bilsteins (just the rears) and gonna try them out. The truck is a 2000 model and i know those shocks are worn but they did produce a 1.55 60ft and that is with stock swaybar still attached, stock leaf springs, jlp longbars and shackles. Gonna put on the new shocks and remove swaybar.

Nice, keep us updated. I had the same setup as your old one on my old 2000 lightning and it hooked very well even on the street (I never ran it at the track) so I don't personally have any 60' times the previous owner said its been 11.8x. Magnum powers truck making 522/585

Will do man. Gonna try and get to the track Sunday and the weather is suppose to be mid to low 60's. Just hope the track is working. How much fuel are you guys running in the tank when at the track?

Drove the truck 1.5hr to the track yesterday to get a pass in and the day went.....well ok i guess because i can sort of gauge what its doing. Track was closing at 5pm and me and my buddies didnt even get there till 4:30. I tried to drive out all my pump gas coming down and the gas light popped on while coming up the street to the track. One thing i overlooked yesterday was the race gas-I DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH!! I only brought one 5 gallon jug of race gas and thought it was enough-WRONG!! The truck actually left good but fell over right after the launch. My only cool down was swapping the tires and pulley and straight to the staging lane. I actually shut it down before i even got to the 1/8 mark because of the sputtering after the launch. https://youtu.be/pbxzu_HwIpY
