What kind of boost numbers would i be looking at with a 4lb lower and a 3.00 upper? Waiting for my whipple to come in and now its time to make the pulley choices.

My 2000 made 16.8 psi with a 4lb lower & i think the 3.3 (not 100% thats right) upper whipple ships the 2.3 with. Truck also had a SBTB, Bassani high flow cat midpipe and Bassani catback. Stock long block that made 449 rwhp and 480s rwtq (crap tune).

You want to stay around 17 psi max for the stock engine. I have some of our Whipple 3.40" pulley's left in stock for $60 ea. if you need one!

Sorry for the confusion, it will not be on a stock block. It will be on top of a mhp longblock. Im wanting somewhere around 20lbs what combo would achieve that?

8lb lower 3.0 upper puts me at 20

About the same...
+10 and 3.0 = 22
+10 and 2.75 = 25

25lbs is max for a Whipple 2.3
