I've heard issues similar to yours happen when the Interceptor is plugged into the ODBII port backwards [smilie=om. Sorry Joey, 9 second Lighting and all, I'll do my best to keep this legacy alive :smt023.

I had to send mine in for the same thing. Bout a $100 and all was well again on my gauges. That said they did some nice upgrades to the software also. I got mine when they first came out.
