Well time has come to order my full OBX system.... im going with the 2.5in stainless kit

here's the thing I need catalytic converters here in NC so going to install a set of high flows for inspection purposes.....Where can i get a good set for not an arm and a leg.

Was also wondering since they do the old OBD 2 thing here based on just checking if your OBD 2 light is working and basicly check for any emissions codes and make sure all your exterior lights work......I would much rather skip the expense of getting cats all together and wanted to know if there is any of you guys out there with catless systems passing obd 2 style inspections and how.

also where can I get some good high quality band clamps as i hear the hardware sucks on the obx sytem.

you can get the band clamps from Summit for like $8 a piece I think they are Dynomax or Dynatech Id have to look for the boxes in the garage. OBX does offer their headers with a high flow cat option in case you were not aware.

Watch this seller, he had a kit for 450 (meaning headers resonators and mid pipe.)Member id patahard on fleabay.
Where are you going to to get your O2 extenders?
What hardware are you going to use for your install? I heard the locking bolts are a B.
What size bolts are needed?

Damn, that's a good price for high-flow cats! I need some for my cobra, I was going to get them from MRT ($50) but that's a little cheaper.

im ordering my set from there in a week or so. im getting no cats and if its too loud ill weld my factory ones back in
They have a really good price for the off-road variant. I was going to get that setup but I decided to keep all my cars (except the svo) emissions compliant.

No need for cats man, I have the same headers and their mid pipe w/o cats and I just passed inspection just have the rear o2s turned off in the tune. We just put the resinators that came with the kit in the truck and they look like a high flow cat. Band clamps get some good ones, use stock header bolts and gaskets. If you need a place to get inspected pm me
