Ok so I pull out of my drive way getting ready to leave and all the sudden my truck starts going thump thump thump thump thump (sounds like air being pushed hard). It shakes a little at idle,..i thought it could be a spark plug checked it and it was fine,...should i remove them all and do a compression check? This so ****ing sucks as it is my daily.

Possibly an exhaust leak? Can you isolate the sound? Does the thumbing get faster with more revs in neutral?

Well found the culprit, number 3. The coil is jacked up but I lucked out,...it didn't blow the plug it just back it out. Threads are all in tact,..brought joy to my shitty day after all!

Don't need to replace the cops. I would replace the plugs & double check everything. I got lucky when I first got my L & caught a loose plug that was making a "fluttering" kind of sound.
