I just bought alum adapter plate to install hydroboost on truck..gentlemen said I need special socket to switch the plates...can anyone help where I can get or borrow from member..i will give security deposit if I can borrow..i have clean rep never screwed anyone..thank you..

thank you...or if anyone is going to spookfest that has this tool I will bring it with me and do at the track..i appreciate the efforts thank you

i just drilled 2 holes in the stock plate and bolted it up

This is the ideal tool for it, Kent-Moore J-29192. Used ones pop up on ebay occasionally. New ones are $150+ (I believe list price is $195)



I have one but won't be at spookfest unfortunately.

This gentleman sells his own, they used to be listed on Ebay, haven't seen them there recently but you might be able to reach him on this other board

Supposedly Factory Five racing also sells their version of the socket since there's a hydroboost option on their kit cars, but you have to call and order from them.
