Installed the I/C lines do the bed mounted tank. Hard to tell from the pics but they are routed tank to pump inlet. Pump outlet to HE to I/C back to the Res.

Added fuel drain valve and let it down off the jack stands so I can finish installing what’s left.

Looks like you're on the home stretch. Bet you'll be glad to finish that up and get out there and smoke the tires.

Nice work Kenny! How did you plumb your ethanol sensor in?
My custom stock fuel hat has 2 -6an feeds and 1 -8an return. So it was easy. I seent that thing you used. That’s a nice piece. Not needed for my application tho.

I’m particularly proud of this provision I came up with for mounting my Fuel lab filter in the engine bay half ass cleanly. I used an I/C pump bracket from
a GT500. It’s the cylindrical rubber piece around the filter. It has a flat metal bracket thst fits up nicely where it bolts up to the radiator support.

Because working on them is more fun than actually driving them I went ahead and took the blower off. I’ll take the lower intake off also and fix a leak. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I think it’s fixed. I drilled and tapped the RS deeper. And used Pipe thread sealant this time. Feeling confident it’s fixed. If it leaks again I’ll be having them Tig welded in.

I hope your luck is better than mine. I took it off twice and still have a very small leak. It will get welded next time it’s off, maybe in 10 years. I’m not certain if it’s leaking from the fitting or the gasket seal area. I just noticed it under the truck after it’s been sitting. Thankfully it’s just a small drip. Last two times it would fill up like yours. Good luck hopefully you got it fixed. Your truck looks amazing.
