Installed 255s and rewire. During test died

Mods, old Diablo tuner, 4lb lower, intake and exhaust. Supporting gauges (need 97 rail and reg)
Having a weird issue now. Installed 255s and hdcircuitry rewire. 77psi fuel at idle ran for 2 miles then blew prm fuse. Replaced, got it home then died no restart. Only have 6.7v at prm for pumps. All fuses have power but fuse 18 has 12v one side and 7v other side fuse removed and relays replaced. Dropping resistor only has 6.7v. I can get 12psi fuel pressure during cranking as it tries to start.

Stock return line?

How many ohms is the resistor showing?
You need to put the wiring back to stock, till you get a FPR installed.

Not sure but jumped the resistor and no change. Finding that the fuel pump relay has no ground on the coil side of the relay which isn't sending power to the inertia relay

I'll be getting a reg and rail soon. But does it constitute for the prm(rewire module for pumps) to not be recieving more then 6v at key on? The coil circuit of the pump relay is not grounding there for sending the 12v to the inertia relay then to pump harness?
Replace the fuse that has different readings.

Voltage was checked with the fuse out at the box terminals. Fuse in has 12v...
Didn’t you say fuse 18 had 12v on one side and 7v on the other side?

Yes with the fuse out measure voltage at the terminals. Plugged in it equals to 12v both side
