Find a 12pt socket that's a tad smaller, beat the socket onto the lug nut and hit it with a impact gun.
18mm comes to mind...

Tried it already didn’t work to well prefer not to break and keep the lock

that’s exactly how we do it.

I took my wife’s car to the ford dealership and they had a master set. Figured out which one it was and ordered it. Although hers is a 2016.

3/4 works and you can drive the socket off with a hammer and still use the lock
