2002 Ford Lightning 21,000 miles. Minor upgrades. One upgrade is a replacement lower pulley 6lb. Getting a metallic sound and bearing noise coming from the front snout of the supercharger. I was told when you replace the lower pulley you will get more noise from the snout. Anybody have this problem and any suggesions ?

It could be the supercharger coupler. They get a little play and they start making like a rattle sound. I replaced mine and sound went away. You can remove your belt and twist pulley back and forth to listen for play in the coupler. It's not to hard to replace and it's cheap.
