Hey guys,

Installed this Fluidyne, tapped the actual heat exchanger with my hand and seemed to be wet, like if it was leaking water. Is this normal?

What do you mean “tapped”? As in made contact...
I’d check your connections/hoses. Has the reservoir level decreased? Are you running straight water or a 50/50 mix? Any puddles on the ground?
I’ve seen condensation form on a warm HE when its cool or cold out, but need some details of your situation.

I was thinking condensation myself. I mean, if it's leaking, I'd be watching for puddles under the vehicle. Mine's kept in a garage, and I'm always looking under it.
