Yea I'm a dumbass. For some reason I had it in my mind that all the new wires only connected to wires coming out of the hat. I see now that the red wire in the two wire harness connects to the factory pink before it enters the hat and the other black wire connects to the black wire coming out of the hat where the pink was previously connected. Very simple, what the hell's wrong with me? Anyway, thanks for helping the electrically challenged.

haha no problem! It needs those 2 connections to the OEM truck-side of the harness to control the relay, that's what allows it to have OEM-like operation, but all the power to the pumps now flows thru the upgraded wiring/fuse/relay setup.

I'm looking to upgrade my pumps and need advice or help on how to upgrade my wiring for my pumps. Any kits or suggestions for pumps. I need more then 255 pumps.

Can anybody tell me a part number for the relay he used, or any info on it? I pmd him but he hasnt been on in 2 weeks.

I have his kit for a billet hat and 3 pumps. Could use it without the 3 pumps. Lmk if your interested
