Up for your consideration is a
Lightning 5.4 Eaton Supercharger,
Gen2 Lightning supercharger setup, complete
-------------------------------------------
  • Stock SVT Lightning supercharger (Eaton M112) with stock SVT Lightning snout/pulley (2.93")
  • Lightning twin throttle body with Lightning throttle cable, cruise control cable, and brackets
  • K&N cold air intake setup
  • Stock SVT Lightning MAF (with electronics and sensor in it)
  • Stock lower intake
  • 10-row (newer style factory) intercooler and midplate
  • Fuel rail stock regulator and 8 used/working lime-green (42 lb) factory injectors
  • Pancake style alternator (much shorter than regular 5.4L) to fit in front of lower intake, with hold down bracket
  • Fan spacer for stock 5.4L fan, to move it toward radiator (due to blower belt and pulleys)
  • Lightning "mustache bar" with tensioner and idler pulley (stock - for blower belt) - missing one idler pulley
  • Stock SVT Lightning blower crank pulley and mounting spider
  • Stock Ford heat exchanger and brackets and hoses
  • Stock Bosch water circulation pump for heat exchanger, with mounting brackets
  • Spare metal gaskets
  • Stock vacuum controlled boost bypass valve
  • Lightning-specific EGR tube to connect to EGR on blower and stock exhaust
  • EGR and DPFE sensors
  • Full engine harness from this Lightning setup - plug-in replacement for stock 5.4L harness
  • Spare EEC (from 1999 Expedition) if you don't already have one
  • Many small formed tubes and hoses for water lines, air/emissions, vacuum, etc.
You'll need to add a high volume fuel pump and tune to use this on a stock 5.4L, or just use it as spare parts for a Lightning

Willing to separate some parts? Fan spacer in particular, maybe the alternator and throttle cable?

At the moment we do not want to separate the parts, selling it as a complete package is prefered. if anything changes will let you know, Thanx BT

Also interested in some of the parts if you decide to separate.
Front intercooler, intercooler pump, fuel injectors and intercooler tank if you have it.
maybe a few other parts.

I have a factory heat exchanger, factory intercooler tank and some 42lb injectors I'll let go
