My 01 Lightning drivers side armrest is coming apart around the bottom........ Is it repairable or will it need to be replaced?

cheapest to repair. I've been using DAP Rapid Fuse for plastic etc. works better than gorilla or crazy glue. I repaired the sunglasses holder latch on the overhead console with it.

I would say that is repairable for sure. I haven't had the door panel off, so I don't know if the armrest is removable. Assuming it is, remove it and glue it back up.

The type of adhesive I use would have to be able to bond to 1) the armrest material, 2) the foam padding & 3) the metal frame that the loose edge of the armrest material wraps under....

there is adhesive spray you can buy from an upholstery shop. I've used it on headliner many times on my foxbody mustangs. however, i don't think it's strong enough for the arm rest. try the DAP
