This came with my 02 Lightning. It is brand new! No VIN stored, Ended up going with SCT hand tuner. I have it on Ebay for $325 shipped... I'd take $300 cash face to face... It is NEW w manual and everything. 50 y/o dude... No BS.. Cash is king!
