Christian's 1992 Foxbody Hatch was dropped off and we started disassembly today for the turbo kit install. We will be utilizing a 67MM BB Turbocharger and a minimal amount of boost considering she's still on a stock block. Baseline dyno she put down 275/290 w/ GT40 Heads, Trick Flow intake, and shorty headers w/ off road exhaust.

We had to make some mild modifications to the inlet pipe to the throttle body as the bend was off typical of the On3Performance kits, but all in all the fit was good.

Should be finished up tomorrow with the kit then have some electronics and a few other things to do. Got a few boxes of goodies for some other jobs we were waiting on today so we'll be getting back into those tomorrow as well.

Expecting about 450whp. Tuner will be back out on Wednesday as a stuck injector slammed the brakes on our forward progress. Kit is installed just waiting for tuning. This kit actually fit very well we only had to make one modification to the piping.

So after having 2 injectors fail at two different times I ordered this guy up a set of "REAL" Ford Racing pintle style 42's so we can move on with life. Apparently the "knock" off 42lber's sent with the kit are disc style and aren't worth a $hit!!! So, after having our tuner come out for the second time and not being able to finish this thing new injectors are on the way and hopefully she'll be done sometime next week! Arrrrrrrgh!

Christian's car is done and tuned!!! Huge thanks to Willie Figueroa for spending hours on her today... She ended up with 430/490 @ 7psi of boost! Not bad for a virtually stock Cobra longblock w/ a baby 67mm!!!
