I figured id make my first post and say hello, and also ask a ?

I bought a used cervinis cowl hood that didnt come with a prop rod, and id like to source one. Ive been told that they use a mustang prop rod, any of you lightning guys know the mustang years that fit if off the top of your head?

Yea if you look it has a solid axle and 8 lugs and leaf springs in the front on a 1/2 ton Sweet truck.I would like to see some engine shots.[smilie=dr

I found that the best prop rod for me is an appropriate length of 3/4" PVC with the ends capped with rubber pipe plugs. I set one end in the very center of the top of the radiator and the other in the very center of the hood.
