I just bought a center console from a local junk yard. I want to do the console mod. On my truck. But the console is tan. I wanted to know if it can be painted, if so where can i buy the paint and how to do it. If anyone has done this before please chime in.

Yes, it can be painted. It's needs to be cleaned with soap and water, scuffed up with a scotchbrite pad, and repainted with SEM interior paint.
