Why would they be going to a all soft line from the hard stainless and soft line combo

Their website says front and rear are in stock ready to ship. But I believe you. 4 weeks isnt bad.

When is the dead line to order hard/soft for the rears?

I can order them now. The hard lines have just been such a hassle for availability. Running soft lines has no impact on how they perform. Brian (at Stifflers) has worked around many performance vehicles, mainly Indy cars, and he will tell you that from a performance standpoint, the stainless soft line perform just as well as the hard lines.

I would have preferred all soft lines in the rear. My stifflers hard lines needed some tweaking, along with the parking brake/distro block on top of the pumpkin.

I assume with soft lines, everything can come preassembled.
