I lost a bolt that holds my intercooler to the midplate. I know one bolt isn't gonna hurt anything. But I'm anal when it comes to things being right. Anybody know the bolt size and thread pitch? Thanks.

The factory bolts are one time use torque to yield. I have a new complete set if needed.

One time use is for the coating (loctite) on them...Don't think your going to stretch a bolt at 89inch pounds.

That may be so but Ford states they are TTY.
They are dinky 5mm bolts, I throw them out when I remove them. Better safe than sorry. Last thing I need is a bolt head going through my engine.

A*torque to yield*fastener is mounting hardware which is torqued beyond the state of elasticity and therefore causing it to become permanently elongated
