Shipped a stock rear swaybar to a guy out there years ago and ended up losing money once I'd packed the stupid thing up.

The rear bumper is just a F-150 bumper, it's not Lightning specific. Any bumper off any flareside F-150 will be exactly the same. Not a day goes by here that I don't see 10 or more flareside F-150's rolling around. There should be plenty available in junkyards.
