But totally different situation.

If you want a factory look, get a expedtion wide console like a lot of us did. Then get an upholstery shop to make the shift boot etc. Bascially like we did for the manual swaps. Just sticking the shifter on the floor or in a console with no boot looks hideous. As for what else is needed, I can help you there. I think i've got a spare center console top with boot if I didnt throw it away.
