Hello guys I was looking into purchasing an aluminum drive shaft just to find out the lightning version does not fit. Any one in here running an aluminum one piece drive shaft for an HD? Links or part number would be great.

Yup pretty sure it was something like 2015+ screw 5.5' bed ecoboost trucks. Although I'd think ecoboost wouldn't matter since they all should have the 6R80 (and newer ones 10R80 but not sure if they're a different length).

You can also use a 01 HD DS, they were 4R100 and 1 piece aluminum, but may be hard to find. Just need to swap yoke over as the s/c 4R100 has a different tailshaft. Other 01 screws if they have the 4R100 and aluminum it'd work too, but many may have the 4R70W, which is a shorter trans, therefore a longer DS. YOu can get them shortened though. I went that route for a temp DS until my new CF DS came in last time around.

I have an aluminum driveshaft from a 2002 F-150 king cab, will that work for you?
I have no idea bud, it would depend on the size and yoke.

by king cab, do you mean extended cab? If so, as long as it's from a 4R100 trans it'll work. If it's from a 4R70W, it'll be too long, but it can be shortened to fit (IIRC around 6").
