It was set at 4K, isn't spooling as it has before, might be a tune tweak.

Bumping this up since I was able to spend some time and get things worked out. The tune had to be tweaked a tad since the intake changes I made caused the A/F to be richer than before causing it to bog down. Now it spools just like before and I made no changes otherwise.
