The navy does not use real browsers. We use what windows gives us. IE, chrome doesn’t always work on NMCI machines.

Weird, I'm on a chrome browser, on an NMCI machine. And I am on it daily. Firefox too.

Hey, I was gathering parts to do this mod but I can't seem to find what plug I need. I have looked and looked but all I know is that it is from lowes and its galvanized. Anybody have a part number, dimensions, pictures, etc... whatever helps me find the plug would be great.

Wow after doing every other mod to my truck I finally did this today. It was a pain to break it free back there but once I did that I thought it was very easy.the worst part of it was pulling the 3.2 KB off and cutting up my arms getting the damn 90 degree elbow off.

I am guessing I should run an oil separator now? Wish I never sold my nice polished DMR one I had.

I got sick of clearing out these two codes, so finally decided to go through with this. I cleaned the I/C around 100k and installed a LFP oil separator. Currently at 183k, some residue, but no pool of oil. The hose was about 3/4 split at the bottom and torn off with ease.

All together, it took around 3 hours R&R. I tried getting a ladder and getting in the engine bay, but no luck on getting leverage to budge the elbow. I finally took another idea I saw in this thread and tapped a T55 into the opening. After stacking up some extensions and three tries, I finally hammered it in enough to turn it.

I popped P0403 right away (EGR), so rechecked hoses and tightened everything up. Now 35 miles in, no codes so far. I forgot how different it sounds without that massive vacuum leak.

bringing up an old thread but is still relevant today. Is the PVC hose part # YL3ZC324BA? I know I should delete but I don't have time to do all this work right now unless someone local wants to.
