F150 wheels fit rear

Would a regular 99-02 F150 rim fit the rear of the lightning ?

Why wouldn't it? They're both 1/2 ton trucks platforms.

The lightning rear brakes share the same brakes on the 97 to 02 Ford Expedition , 97-03f150. All the same

fixed it for ya since the ‘97-‘98’s had drum brakes

not the early ones they had drums as well
