depends... i would say no just cuz i hang out at a shop where they have pretty much the same setup on they're evo 9 and it $h!ts on every one. unless you have a real good setup to where you can get him out the hole and hold em for the 1/4 then i would just race for $h!ts and giggles.

Leave it alone man, I have friend who ones one that is built and it is a mid 9 second car on the street. I have seen it run 8.9 @ the track it is a launching monster too boot!

I think your best hope is that he didn't do any drive train upgrades...If he launces hard enough to get you, maybe his power will destroy his crap.

That looks like it will move out harcore regardless if its from a roll or a dig.

I'd personally say go from a dig as luck is on your side. I've seen so many high HP Evo's scatter there trannys, break axles, transfer cases, etc.... They just cant handle that much power, especially when its all let go full force from a dig.

Go from a 20 roll, your torque from the 2.3 and the n20 will put you out front for a couple seconds, even if he brake boosts you will still take a length or two from 20mph.

As soon as you get out front hit the flashers LMAO.

Seriously though, that thing is setup like my brothers GT45R Cammed and Stroked WRX he is in the 500 AWHP range and with a 2 step off the line on the street I get to see tail lights, but from a 20 roll my torque puts me out front and he has to run me down. Anything faster than 20mph and as soon as that 45R starts to spool, he's gone.

you have a built motor!!! i have sprayed 150shot thru the blower with 16* timing and c16fuel and as long as you have the fuel system upgrade you will take him i know.
