Our Griffin intercooler cores are finished and in stock. We are sole distributor of these cores. At close to half the price of OEM units they are a real bargain. We've seen about a 7-10 degree drop in IAT2 temps at the end of a run and much quicker cool down times. We have been testing these for several months and have been very pleased with the results. We’ve found a lot of the intercoolers out there are getting clogged in the coolent tubes and not transferring heat like they should. The price of the cooler core is $599. I'll be very interested to know if you can datalog any difference in IAT-2 temps. If you do and they are appreciable, I'll jump on one too.

How much boost are you running, with what blower, for those fab numbers?

there are several current threads addressing this product..

we started this project to make a viable replacement unit that was more affordable than replacing with a stock unit which is very expensive.. it was not made to be a "performance" part altho it does do a little better than the stock unit..especially depending on the condition of your stock unit

You are constrained by the fiscal mounting points. The inlet and outlet are the same as stock.

that is what i'm really interestead in, since i'm running a 358ci motor and 3.4 whipple, I know my temps are going to be pretty warm, every little bit helps to keep it cool, and a bigger core intercooler will really help

it is close to stock or slightly better.. this unit was made as a viable replacement for a failed or failing stock unit at a lower cost..the stock unit is very efficient it just costs alot to replace and there were no other options when you had to replace it..

the problem with intercooler performance is that it is limited by what is before it..

will this work on a '99-'00 intake or just the '01-'04's????

it will work on a 99-00 if the recall update has been done..

we are working on a plate for the 99-00 that have not done the recall upgrade..as of now you will have to redrill to make it fit or get a 01-04 intake or just get the recall kit through Ford or find it on EBay or the market forums
