As for the difference between STD and SAE, I checked some old Dyno sheets from my old 02 and old 99 just now (where I have SAE and STD numbers).
It works out to be a 3% difference between SAE & STD.

Example: 458 / 600 SAE vs 470 / 615 STD

Proves true again here, (plus a 1% difference between SAE and Uncorrected)

The street tune on my 00 is @650 RWHP STD (more than you can possibly use on the street, BUT A LOT OF FUN),
my Race tune is @ 780 RWHP on the sub zero
