Come join the fun and run with us in the Tremec Transmissions True Street Class at the 8th annual NOS NMCA Muscle Car Nationals May 1-3 at Beech Bend Raceway Bowling Green Kentucky. The fastest TRUE street cars in the country will be there to try to break the current 3 run average of 7.99 set by Jeff Knox in his Nitrous assisted Big Block Nova at the world Finals in Memphis last year. There will be winners in all of the classes from 9-15 seconds. Bring out the family and have a great time racing your bad ass street car and the atmosphere of Beech Bend Raceway park.
True Street is a racing class for mildly modified to heavy modified high performance street vehicles that are street certified and able to drive over a 30-mile distance. All model years and engine types and power adders permitted. Class is designed for stock-chassis or back-half type vehicles running true 10.5-inch wide tires. Vehicles must be registered, licensed, and insured.
There will be trophies and awards for not only the “King of True Street” (quickest average), and runner up but also for the following: Closest averaged ET that is not quicker than the following- 9.00, 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, and 15.00.
True Street racing will be conducted at a number of NMCA drag racing events to be
specified. NMCA True Street does not have a points system. NMCA True Street is not
eligible for contingency.
