Need Radio Help

I installed a AM/FM/ 6 DISC in dash Radio from a Lightning. Every thing works just fine except for the 6 disc player. It says it's full when I hit Install CD, error message when I try and play one of the so called full cd's. It won't load or eject and CD's. The original radio was a AM/FM/CASSETTE PLAYER in this 1999 Ford Lightning with a separate 6 disc CD player behind the seat, it's been removed.

Any helpful ideas would be nice, I'm in the dark on this one.

This is a common problem. Might want to call Rive Automotive Electronics.
925-513-0021. They repaired my 00 behind the passenger seat CD changer.

Yep, CD player is jammed up. As Getuone said it's a common problem. Why not keep the changer hooked up too?
