Need help diagnosing noise (video)

Have had this noise since I got the truck about 6 months ago and still can’t figure it out. Every time I start from a stop with about 1/8th throttle and let off, a loud tick noise happens. Sounds like it’s coming from the bottom of the engine area. Maybe it’s something simple, I dont know, but any help would be appreciated.

Did another video but couldn't recreate the sound on camera. Listen after the quick pull, you can hear rattling from exhaust or heat shield?

Don't have a chance tonight to take another video unfortunately.. I reuploaded via Youtube.. see if it helps with sound. Listen closely right when I let off the throttle at around 1100 rpms. You can hear a pop sound. I do it 4 times

5.4 engines have a tendency for the right exhaust manifold to warp at the rear most port. Happens on cold starts and stops as soon as it heats up a bit (10 sec or so). Ford has a Tech Bulletin on issue and a repair kit with new studs. Mine drove me crazy.

Yeah in drive, press the gas and let off and it gives a popping noise.. I hooked up my gopro and couldn't get the sound on camera good.

I did do a small 1st gear pull and after you can hear metal rattling on camera.. could it be exhaust or a heat shield making the noise?

Could that be what the other noise is too?

It does sound like a heat shield on that video.
