I have 3.4 whip ARH exhaust JC customs midplate WMS intake ported turkey pan TEA heads Bullet cambs stock bore 10 feed 8 return 95 lb injectors dual 340 pumps. 6lb lower 3.75 upper 21 lbs boost should be over 700 hp I have some idle issue that JJ needs to work out for me and then should bust out some good times. With it running not right it has knocked off a string of sub 7.20 with a best of 7.13 on a 90 degree day with a 1.58 60 foot and that was spinning on MT 315 drag radials and all this in a 5200 lb HD truck.

3.4 whipple, monster plenum and CAI, modified midplate with 5/8" spacer, ported turkey pan, 19# boost (4" upper 4# lower), longtubes with 3" exhaust, id1300 injectors, dual Walbro 465 pumps, 8 feed & 6 return, 9.3:1 compression, custom Diamond Pistons, degreed custom grind Comp cams, Fox lake ported TFS heads with custom oversize Ferrea valves, Trick single pass intercooler. I made my own version of a killer chiller and also added aux condensers. So far the system works great but I need an efan to drop engine temps. Still going through the 93 tuning process with Eric Korn. Tuning e85 in spring when winter blend goes away. No HP numbers yet.

If I knew I could surprise my 2.3, I'd of bought one a long time ago. I mosley see 3.4 trucks on fb. They have impressive dyno numbers but usually time slips don't show it. Plus charge temps scare me, especially after reading FLAhp's old threads

I will give a little info of my build also 3.4 whipple ,4inch upper, 4lb lower, 16lb boost stock inlet, LFP throttle body, 80lb injectors, aeromotive fuel rails , 8AN feed lines and 6AN return, deep sump tank, magma fuel pumps ,Jlp heads CNC, L&M custom cut 600lift cams ,diamond coated pistons 20 over bore, Manley rods spec by JLP, stock crank dyna tech long tubes, with no cats , Bassani exhaust , built trans ,2400 stall , 373gear
With the old set up it made 622RWHP 620RWTQ on 8 degrees timing nothing really changed on the new build except new rings and bearings , new oil pump , water pump ECT. I never got to see the old set up turned up because i had blow by because of the rings not being seated and also I spun a bearing but hope fully things will be different this time

Just tuned my truck after sitting for a while.

Bullet blower cams
3.4L whipple with WMS intake and JC midplate with a built on 3/8 spacer
id1300
JLP fuel kit 3-255s
run T85 (torco e85)
Caged 10# lower and what seems like a 4 upper. (seeing 27# peak drops down to 25)

truck made 740/913 on a mustang dyno
Tuner couldnt lock up the converter and it toasted my tranmission.

No ET yet but as soon as i build my trans ill see what it can do.

no passes yet. Just street/expressway duty. Pulls hard up top compared to my last build.

Power numbers are sooooo different from build to build. You read guys barely over 600hp to guys cresting 700 at 19# boost. I am very curious what my combo will ultimately put down. I am anticipating 750+ on the corn. We'll see I guess. Once Eric is done tuning 93 and e85 I will strap it on the rollers and see what she does.

That's would sticks out to me the most. There isnt a cookie cutter combo that does this or that number with these time slips like the 2.3 whipple does.

Truck was at 781 whp with 3.4 whipple, stock midplate, stock inlet, 8lb lower, 3.75" upper, e85, triple 255 walbros. It's down at at the builders now getting a rebuild after the broken crank snout. Adding a monster inlet, trick intercooler, cobrajet crank, innovate west harmonic balancer, ported stuff, and a few more things while it's down. Will probably go for a 6lb lower this time, but we'll see. Triangle Speed Shop will do the tuning again.

My Rides:
2003 Ford Lightning - stock block - ported all over -6lb lower
2003 Ford Lightning - built block/heads/trans - 3.4 whipple
1969 Chevrolet Camaro - z28

What boost are you seeing with that combo?

So far my truck just pulled 610hp 8* timing 93oct @5k rpm. 6lb lower 4" upper seeing around 21lbs. Wms inlet and cai, id1000s, twin 255s, -10 to filter -8 to regulator and -6 return. Motor is basic build. Heads were done by m2 race near me. Comp xe278 cams. Still waiting on jdm to finalize my street and race tune. My o2 sensors were acting slow from bank to bank so they are replacing them. That's why it was only to 5k rpm.

01 hd converted to s/c, built longblock, comp stg. 3 cams, punisher built trans, circle d 2400 stall, whipple 3.4, wms monster inlet, id1000 Inj, sct 5k maf, 4" upper, 6lb lower, whipple sbtb, lfp dual pass h/e, triple 255 walbro pumps, fore hat, jlp rails, aeromotive reg, trick stg.3 i/c, sct x-cal3, comp r, detroit tru-trac, ta girdle, cfds, 3.73 gears, jlp traction bars, plenty of bling!!

2001L jdm cai, kooks headers & mids, jdm silver bullet, accufab sbtb, metco traction bars, jdm efan, 6lb lower pulley, ported blower, 4x4 trans pan, t/a girdle, sold!
